18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance

Last updated July 2026

TD is committed to lawful, consent-first adult content. This statement summarizes how we meet U.S. record-keeping requirements for age and identity verification.

01. Compliance statement

All persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on TD (the “Platform”) were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created.

TD maintains records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all content produced by verified creators and any co-performers featured in that content.

02. Records custodian

Original records required by Section 2257 are maintained by the designated Custodian of Records. Requests to inspect records may be directed to the Custodian through the Contact page.

Records are held in encrypted, access-logged storage and are never placed in public storage. Every access to a record is logged for audit.

03. Age & identity verification

Before a creator may publish, they complete identity and age verification (KYC): a government-issued photo ID and a liveness check reviewed by our moderation team.

Real names are matched to the submitted ID. Verified identity documents are stored encrypted and are never shown publicly.

04. Co-performer releases

Content that features more than one person cannot be published until every tagged co-performer has a valid, approved release on file. If a tagged person is not yet a creator, a records-only co-performer profile is created to hold their image, ID document, real name matched to the ID, mandatory stage name, and signed release.

Releases may be signed in-app via e-signature or by downloading, signing, and re-uploading the PDF release form. Both are stored identically in encrypted, access-logged storage.

05. Moderation & record-keeping

Every upload is reviewed before it goes live. Administrators can view the tagged people and their release status, and open the associated ID documents and signed releases in a secure, access-logged document viewer.

Publication is blocked until all releases are valid, and the corresponding 2257 records are retained for the period required by law.

06. Exemption statement

Content on the Platform that does not consist of visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
