Age Policy

TD is an adults-only platform containing sexually explicit material. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to access any part of the Platform beyond public marketing pages.

By entering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that it is legal for you to view adult content where you are located.

All visitors must confirm they are of legal age before viewing content. In regulated regions, we require additional age verification through a certified age-assurance provider before access is granted.

We store the minimum record necessary to demonstrate that verification occurred, and we never publish it.

Every creator must complete identity and age verification (KYC) before publishing. This confirms that all performers are adults and that appropriate consent and records exist.

Where applicable, we maintain records consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and equivalent requirements. Our custodian of records information is available on the 2257 page.

Content that depicts, or appears to depict, any person under 18 is strictly and absolutely prohibited. This includes any material that sexualizes minors in any form.

We use a combination of human review and detection tooling on every upload. Any suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is removed immediately, preserved as required, and reported to the relevant authorities, including NCMEC where applicable.

Anyone can report content that may violate this policy using the report tools on the Platform or via the Contact page. Reports concerning minors are treated with the highest priority.

Violations result in immediate removal, account termination, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

We support parents and guardians in keeping minors away from adult content. Tools such as device-level content filters and RTA (“Restricted To Adults”) labeling help keep this material out of reach of children.
