Terms of Service

By accessing or using TD (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy and Age Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and TD. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to create an account or view content. TD is an adults-only platform containing explicit material.

By using TD you represent that you meet these requirements and that adult content is legal to access where you live.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. You are liable for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or fail verification.

Creators must complete identity and age verification (KYC) before publishing. Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload and warrant they hold all necessary rights and consents.

Creators set their own prices for subscriptions, pay-per-view, and messages. TD retains a platform fee disclosed at sign-up, with all splits recorded in a transparent ledger.

Paid features are billed through our payment processors or your TD wallet. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you retain access through the end of any paid period.

Except where required by law, purchases of digital content and tips are non-refundable. Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may be reversed.

You may not upload or request content involving minors, non-consenting individuals, or anything illegal. Content depicting persons who cannot verify they are adults is strictly prohibited.

You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, or circumvent the paywall or watermarking. Harassment, impersonation, and attempts to de-anonymize other users are prohibited.

Creators retain ownership of their content and grant TD a limited licence to host, watermark, transcode, and deliver it to entitled users. Fans receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view unlocked content and may not redistribute it.

The TD name, logo, and platform software are owned by TD and may not be used without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or risk to the Platform or its users. Creators may withdraw eligible balances subject to our payout and compliance checks.

You may close your account at any time from account settings, subject to our data-retention obligations.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TD is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
