TD respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice as described below.

A valid notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material to be removed and enough detail to locate it (such as the post URL); your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Notices may be submitted to our designated agent via the Contact page. Incomplete notices may not be actionable.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material expeditiously and make a reasonable effort to notify the creator who posted it.

We may also remove watermarked copies discovered off-platform where we can act, since all delivered media is watermarked per viewer.

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant pursues a court order.

Accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others will be suspended or terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Filing knowingly false notices or counter-notices may result in liability for damages.
