Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026

Your privacy is the foundation of TD, not an afterthought. Here's exactly what we collect and how we protect it.

01. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information TD collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We designed TD to be private by default — discreet billing, minimal data collection, and no selling of your personal information.

02. Information we collect

Account data: email, username, and password (stored hashed). Creators additionally provide identity-verification documents to a certified provider.

Usage data: pages viewed, subscriptions, and device/browser information used to secure and improve the service.

Payment data: handled by our payment processors; we store only limited references needed for billing and support.

03. How we use information

To operate the Platform, process payments and payouts, enforce entitlements and the paywall, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support.

To send service messages and, where you consent, product updates. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

04. Age & identity verification

Age assurance and creator KYC are performed through certified third-party providers. We retain the minimum verification records required by law and do not publish your identity documents.

05. Payments & billing privacy

Billing descriptors are discreet and do not reveal the nature of the Platform or which creator you supported. Card data is processed by PCI-compliant processors and is not stored on our servers.

06. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure, and limited analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser or our cookie settings.

07. Sharing & disclosure

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Platform (for example, payment, hosting, and verification partners), and when required by law or to protect users.

We never sell your personal information.

08. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations (including record-keeping requirements for adult platforms). When no longer required, data is deleted or anonymized.

09. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing (for example under GDPR or CCPA).

You can exercise these rights from account settings or by contacting us; we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

10. Security & international transfers

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and per-viewer watermarking to protect content and accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.

Where data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards. Questions about privacy? Reach us through the Contact page.
